Dolphins are mirrors and show you exactly what you can let go of or embrace at this moment in your life. And they did that to me quite literally! From the moment I left for Sataya, my body began an intense process of letting go. Diarrhoea, fatigue... a clear message that it was time to leave old ballast behind me.
When the physical letting go was over, spontaneous activations occurred in my body that I cannot put into words. My mind may not understand exactly what happened, but intuitively I know that a deep reset took place.
What has especially stayed with me is the energy of the dolphins: sometimes calm, sometimes wild, but always playful and free! They move where and when they want, without restriction, without stress - in total surrender to the moment. It was a powerful mirror (& reminder) for how I want to live my life: full of freedom, playfulness and fun. This retreat made me feel again why I have embarked on the path of freedom with my online activities.

I had had a very eventful year and I make a trip for myself every year and this trip was really my biggest trip to see the mirroring of the dolphins, to be in a group of safety, to feel the carriedness of both the dolphins and the facilitators. The magic made my heart open again and I could really be completely myself in that moment and therefore open myself up to other people and I could experience my own playfulness again, that is really the magic of this trip. What a magical experience this dolphin retreat was! I didn't expect this week to affect me like this. Whereas at first I was afraid of boredom (three times a day in the water to swim with dolphins), this fear turned out to be totally unfounded. The programme was varied enough, with several partial moments and including one-to-one coaching from Tessa. There was enough space for own time and also freedom of choice to create this space yourself if desired.
Tessa and the spaceholder provided a safe setting. I felt carried and seen.
Everything was taken care of to perfection, with delicious and ample food/drink. We were treated like goddesses by the Egyptian crew!
I was able to experience that I don't have to work hard to receive. That I am carried and seen, just by being. The dolphins gave me their trust and thus showed me that I can give this trust even more to myself.
I felt an immense connection and love, both for the dolphins and the other women.

The dolphin retreat on Sataya in Egypt, was magical and unforgettable! Spending a week on the water, waking up to the azure sea around you. Swimming with dolphins 3 times in a day, a group of amazing people on board both participants and crew. The crew taking care of you for a week. Allowing you to totally sink into surrender and relaxation and, as a woman, totally embody your feminine energy. I sometimes felt like a queen there on the boat, how respectful, safe and carried I felt. The loving and sociable guidance of the facilitators which made the week so finely balanced with, on the one hand, lots of space for personal processes and to go into depth. And on the other hand, there was so much fun, humour and banter. Everything could be there.
This week has brought me deep peace, integration, touched a deeper layer of self-love and self-acceptance. I am good as I am by simply being ordinary. And this version may receive unconditional love, something I felt every day and took home with me. I have been allowed to experience healing in darker pieces that came to the surface this week and I have been able to move through them lovingly through the support of the facilitators.

The Bird Day with Tessa was a sealing on a long grounding journey within myself.
Once I was face to face with the bird, nothing remained hidden. As if I was seen to the core. That was a very special experience.
On the day itself, I had a raw and vulnerable heart. The bird kept looking at me deeply in the beginning and moved away again. Tessa and Fares guided me through a beautiful piece of putting myself fully in. Once I was open and receptive to the bird (I literally opened my arms and heart), the bird began to open and release its wings as well. He literally helped me release in emotions. So beautiful! As it turned out, the bird had never done that before either.
I received the message that if you bring every part of yourself into connection with others (however painful) without wanting to understand or solve it, stay close to your own body and take responsibility for your own energy, you will always be carried, helped and seen. God is everywhere.

After the birth of my child, my life was turned upside down. It was such an intense experience. In the days that followed, all the images passed me by at night. I was so tired, but I couldn't catch sleep. I felt like I was floating, not firmly on the ground. My head was spinning overtime. After 4 nights, I sent Tessa a message, who luckily had time for an emergency session in which I relived the whole delivery. I didn't dare do this at first, it was so sensitive to go back. But Tessa gave me the confidence: "You are not alone, we are together and you can say and feel everything". We healed the intense emotions, sadness and images. Also worked on pride and love for myself. So how did that go? I have no idea. It felt like magic. With the result: immediately after the session fatigue overtook me. And in the afternoon I slept again for the first time. Completely satisfied. Totally at peace. The nights that followed were a world of difference. I felt grounded, landed and stronger. Last year, I stepped into Tessa's year-long programme. My intuition felt I needed to be with her. For the first half of the year, I was going through a black patch. Fear of lack and separation anxiety were the themes at play. I was also convinced that I had to work hard to be successful with my business. In a short period of time, I received a number of deep energetic healings. During that period, I had a short line of communication with Tessa through mentorship through Voxer. I find it special that Tessa knows how to combine both sides: the spiritual and the earthly. This allows her to give exactly what is needed in that moment. At the same time, she doesn't tolerate bullshit. She mirrors and confronts when necessary. She challenges you to go that extra mile. Not always easy, but full of valuable lessons.
I experience more confidence and peace, the fear of shortage, the separation anxiety, they are less prominent. Working with Tessa was a leap of faith. It was the biggest investment I ever made in myself. And how grateful I am to have made it!

I went on a trip to Egypt for the second time from 13 to 24 March 2024. It waas very special trip in many ways. It was exciting and very nice to swim with the dolphins. On board, everything was well organised like the food and room were nicely taken care of. The ceremonies given by Naomi and Tessa were very good, relaxing and appropriate. The verde interpretation and day programme was also very nice and right. The atmosphere both ladies set on board and during the trip was very nice, relaxed and felt very safe to me. The crew was also very nice and took great care of us so that we were provided with all comforts. I definitely recommend this if you are looking for a life-changing experience.

In March, I joined the Egypt retreat. There are no words to describe what this trip does to you.
Everything was taken care of to perfection, the boat was fantastic, the food was unbelievably good. The programme was fun and there was plenty of room for contemporary time. Tessa and Naomi are a fantastic duo who complement each other well.
Swimming with the dolphins was great fun.
What you experience is also impossible to describe and you really have to experience this for yourself. It was a fantastic week.

Whereas most retreat participants had a clear intention to participate, I did not. I wanted to swim with dolphins and it seemed cool to go on a retreat with Tessa. After years of personal development, I thought that was enough, I was done with turning myself inside out for a while.
During the retreat I discovered that there was still a layer that needed to be looked at and it was intense. Had I encountered this piece on my own, I would probably have quickly put it away. But hiding it away didn't feel like an option in Sataya and I felt safe and carried enough to face it.
Besides the fact that the retreat brought me a huge amount on a personal level, it was also just lovely to be there. The boat, the crew who take care of you completely, the delicious food, the fine and fun group and of course the dolphins. I loved it all! So whether you participate with very clear goals or intentions or 'just' want to swim with dolphins: I recommend everyone to experience this at least once.

In November 2024, I went on my third dolphin retreat under the guidance of Naomi and Tessa, although Tessa was not physically present due to private circumstances. What a treat this was. I enjoyed the food, the crew and, of course, swimming with the wild dolphins. The (cocoa) ceremonies which were given daily were also very nice. The ladies were very sweet and empathetic. The happy note was also taken care of. Naomi really knows how to create a good atmosphere with her humour. The atmosphere in the group was also very good and cosy. It was an unforgettable adventure and set a lot in motion. Highly recommended!!!!

Tessa knew exactly how to put her finger on the sore spot. I had been trying for at least 10 years to find what would really help me. I think this is the most magical thing I have ever done in my life. It is truly wonderful to be in a bubble for a week, with no phones & connectivity and be able to sink completely into being and not having to do anything. What's more, Tessa organised it really well. From the introductory lunch prior to the week, to the transport to the boat, to a fully catered week where you are completely carried by both Tessa and the crew members. On the first day you check in with your intention and during the week Tessa is there to reflect everything that happens in you and around you back to the process you are in. She asks the right questions, pokes through you, sees through your process, gives you mirrors when needed and has space for 1:1 guidance. During the week she provides different sessions that all contribute to your process and most importantly: Its integration. In short, I would recommend this retreat to anyone, because in a short time you go through a very valuable process while enjoying the sun, being allowed to be & the magic of the dolphins!

First we sorted out that tangle of thoughts in my head, then processed pains from my inner child and finally she gave me tools I can use daily. With Tessa, I have had 1-on-1 sessions and done the session with birds of prey. Already at the first session, Tessa knows how to get deeper in no time by asking exactly the right questions. She also gives you a nice, safe and trusting feeling, so there is immediately room to actually go deeper into pain. She uses various tools (and other experts) and gives you exactly what you are ready for. It helped me enormously in getting to know myself better, recognising and processing my traumas and being a better version of myself. Tessa's method will not immediately appeal to everyone, but really, if you experience it and are open to it, you won't want to do anything else....

For the past few months, I have had the opportunity to work with Tessa. WHAT a power woman. I felt deeply connected to her from the very first moment. It's hard to describe in words, but that connection I feel has been so valuable in the whole process. Tessa is warm, incredibly sweet and knows what she is doing. Everyone needs a Tessa in his/her life!
I got in touch with Tessa at a time when my life was incredibly unsettled. I was on the verge of collapsing and noticed I couldn't get out on my own. Together we focused on my private life. She helped me find peace within myself, but also to stand in my power. Tessa showed me how great I am, what I am capable of and that I can and, above all, can dream big. And those dreams, they definitely came true!
Afterwards, we started looking at my business together. And although I had no idea beforehand what to expect, it has brought me so much. Six months back, I was working 60+ hours a week for a moderate hourly wage, sitting in the office every day and always on. Together with Tessa, I set goals for 2024. Making fewer hours in the week, a higher hourly rate and creating more freedom for myself. After all, that was also the whole goal when I started for myself.
Over the past few months, she has made me realise on layers where my strengths lie. I now know very well what I have to offer and I radiate that to my clients. The assignments have literally come my way recently and I have landed my dream assignment! I have halved my working hours, significantly increased my income and I work a maximum of eight hours in the office and divide the rest of the week as I see fit. Those goals for 2024 - all ticked off!
On to the future to also fulfil my very biggest dreams. But with Tessa in the back of my mind, I am confident of that.

Just a few days back from the Dolphin retreat, WOW I am filled with energy and gratitude. The journey began weeks weeks in advance, and the connection with Tessa immediately felt so familiar. Without even having met her in person, I dared to embark on this adventure! When I started working with Tessa in early 2023, I was in an overdrive of masculine energy; control, hard work, decisiveness and definitely not listening to my body & energy.
