What does the programme look like?

Duration: 3 or 6 months

1-on-1 sessions with Tessa

The 1:1 sessions can include coaching, deep energetic healings and/or activations. Tessa works with light language also known as the language of the soul. Through this form of energetic healing, she helps you release blockages and activate the codes within your soul, so you can begin living your soul's mission. If you are experiencing spiritual gifts, she will help you discover and practice them in a safe and supportive way. You no longer need to fear or feel overwhelmed by them. Together we will integrate these gifts into your life (and possibly your business) in a harmonious way.

Mentorship

From Monday to Thursday, within 24 hours you will receive answers to all your questions, receive energetic support when you're going through something, a cheerleader or a hard mirrorwhen needed. You will no longer be alone during this year. You will be supported every step of the way. In your successes, Tessa will help you feel and celebrate them, and when you slip into the feeling of (having to) work hard, Tessa will gently redirect you and help you address the energetic aspect that’s being triggered.

Expert sessions

Expert sessions form an important part of the course in connection with the holistic approach. The expert sessions can take place either in 1:1 session or in a group and are given by specialised experts. As these sessions work intensely and deeply on your system, the regular 1:1 session of that month will be dropped when Tessa feels an expert session is more valuable for your process at that time.

Live days & dolphin retreat

There are up to 3 retreats during this programme: a day retreat in the Netherlands, a 7-day retreat in Egypt and a 4-day 1-on-1 retreat on Lombok, Indonesia. These retreats are the absolute highlights of the journey, where deep transformation will unfold.

You will learn about energy, in all its forms and aspects. What energy is, how your energetic system works, how to protect yourself from other people's energy, how to manage your own energy, how to incorporate it into your business, and how not to.
